Oct 26, 2005: GIL named Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT) as the world’s most advanced container terminal. In exchange for the accreditation, YICT shared with the Institute its innovative approach and measure to manage program of KPI’S for container terminal efficiency. Indeed, this intellectual property was to become the core of the Institute’s Internationally recognized standard CTQI, the Container Terminal Quality Indicator.
