The Institute has begun naming the first of the World's Top 50 Best in Class Independent Freight Forwarders. The G50, when completed, will form the nucleus of a new benchmarking group being convened to set and raise standards in the industry.

chainPORT GATHERS MOMENTUM
Following the launch of chainPORT in Hamburg in April 2016, port representatives gathered in Busan in November 2016 to agree their 2017 objectives. The initiative is led by the Port Authorities of Hamburg and Los Angeles in collaboration with the Global Institute of Logistics.
